Simon Conway – CEO

Simon spent the last 8 years building an educational consultancy from 2 people to a valuation of over £15m. Through this process Simon developed an understanding of many aspects of business development.

His specialism is software project management and he also has experience of team management, culture building, HR, finance, sales, marketing – a broad overview of what makes small businesses succeed.

Edwin Groenendaal – CTO

Edwin’s professional career over the last 14 years has spanned many fields from finance to education, engineering and government. During this time he has created a multitude of outstanding solutions each geared towards creating business advantage and solving highly technical challenges in an elegant way.

Edwin has a great depth of knowledge across a range of disciplines. His knowledge, passion and work ethic make him an ideal architect for business challenges.

Edwin is a truly prodigious software talent – his is a rare breed of software developer that has repeatedly defined businesses by applying his architectural and technical genius.

Michael Fitch – Finance

Michael is an expert at creating and implementing strategies for financial health, profit improvement, asset protection, and tax mitigation. He ensures that the right business partners are identified to benefit from Condaal’s unique Software Accelerator project.

Michael is a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Bachelor of Laws. He is an approachable specialist, advising and growing small and medium sized businesses through pragmatic, fair and sound business advice which has resulted in £m’s of additional profitability for 100s of companies.

His knowledge is not only based on a great understanding of strategy, people, finance, law and tax but also in real life experience in running and leading a number of growing businesses. He works tirelessly at building great teams and business strategies, helping business owners build their own financial health and prosperity.
